Community Voluntary Action (C V A) delivers the core functions of both a Council For Voluntary Service and a Volunteer Bureau. In addition we provide a range of Community Transport Services. Our geographical ‘Area of Benefit’ encompasses the market town of Ledbury and twenty three surrounding rural Parishes of Herefordshire.
