The Stepping Stones Project is for anyone who would like to volunteer but may need some support. Whether you have been or are ill , have a physical disability, a mental health difficulty or a learning difficutly we are here to support you to volunteer.
What type of support could I get?
This will depend on what you feel you need. We will be offering a variety of support from mentoring or counselling, to courses in pain management and stress reduction, confidence building, developing and enhansing self-esteem, crafts, NVQ's or education and training in a number of areas. What you need and want to do is largely up to you. All support is free.
How do I take part?
To take part just contact the project Co-ordinator Tess on 01531 635339 or email tess@voluntaryactionledbury.org.uk
What will happen next?
Once you have contacted Tess you will be invited to come and have an informal chat about the project and what it might be able to do to help you. If you decide you would like to take part then you will able to chat in more detail about the types of support, training and volunteering you would like to do.
